All Spring Programme participants are automatically fast-tracked to an assessment centre for a summer internship the following year

Application Process

All applications to Barclays must be submitted online. This allows them to keep track of all applications. You’ll be asked to fill in a short application form, upload a 1-page CV, and successfully complete numerical and verbal reasoning tests

Interview process is:

  • Round 1: A one-on-one telephone interview
  • Round 2: A full assessment day
